Cebu City

It was my first travel to Visayas region..it was also the Singles for Christ International Leaders' Conference...might as well hit two birds with one stone.

Cebu is just like Manila..All forms of transportation are available in the city but since we are a big group, we rented a van to go around the city. Luckily, the driver knew people in the resorts of Mactan. Talk about free access. Renting a van depends on the number of person and of course your haggling skills.
