Bellaroca Resort and Spa, Marinduque

Another birthday, another travel, another trip with my travel buddy and cousin, Maiden. Got the package on a sale through Asia Travel http://www.asiatravel.com/ costing us PhP12,000 for a 3 days and 2 nights stay for 2 persons. For regular rates of accommodation in Bellaroca, visit http://www.bellaroccaresorts.com/?file=kop1.php

Bellaroca Island

Santorini inspired

Booked a flight to Mariduque via Zest Air..as usual delayed flight. Travel time is about 45 mins. but we waited for about 3-4 hours which made it similar if you traveled by bus going to Batangas and then RORO going to Marinduque.

Upon reaching Marinduque airport, the staff of Bellaroca are already waiting. They provided the van going to Lipata, Buenavista which took approximately 1 hour  of driving.

Then, there is a 5-minute speedboat ride crossing to the island.

lakas maka-CSI Miami..hahaha
Upon reaching the resort, staff would be welcoming you with a lively Filipino song, shower you with flowers and put a necklace with ilang-ilang. You would be given a brief orientation about the resort and services. Also, you'd be asked to sign up your contact details as per normal procedures in most hotels.

If you want to go around the island, they provide golf carts to transport you.

Crabtree and Evelyn for toiletries :)

Kayaking, snorkeling and windsurfing are complimentary activities. Going around the island would take about 30-45 mins. of kayaking. Then, you'd do snorkeling for an hour. Last activity is the windsurfing because it is the most tiring to do. Sails are way too heavy for me to just put it up. I can only sustain for a couple of seconds to stand alone on the board. I did several attempts but i'm always carried aimlessly by the wind. My cousin and I really did have fun in those activities.

sumakay na lang..hahahaha

upuan na lang..hirap eh..hahaha
Taking the 299 steps..Oo, nabilang ko talaga..hahaha!

I was curious about the USD1,000 per night Villa. Derek Ramsey and Angelica Panganiban usually stay in Villas here when they go to Bellaroca.

it has its own swimming pool..naman!

The picky eater had a full stomach on the entire stay in Bellaroca. Food served are very delicious. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Ambiance of the restaurant is great. You may chose to dine inside your room, in the restaurant, or outside the restaurant to have a scenic view of the place.
